Unistrong offers tunnel pickling lines that provide a monthly output ranging from 30,000 to 60,000 tons of wire rods. Each line is tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Furthermore, we have recently entered the tube and pipe industry, aiming to produce lengths ranging from 4 meters to 21 meters with diverse diameters. Our goal is to meet customer requirements and optimize production capacity.

Our pickling line works a special design with a closed tunnel that minimizes the release of corrosive fumes and ensures maximum isolation from the external environment. This results in a cleaner working environment and improved safety conditions for operators.

Within the tunnel, the treatment medium and time can be controlled automatically or manually for different material grades and types using our proprietary PLC-controlled system. The PLC system monitors multiple cranes to transport materials through the necessary treatment steps, including various chemical baths. As a result, the final surface quality is high, and the consumption of chemicals and fresh water is minimized.
